Apple is once again selling Final Cut Studio 3, the professional video-editing software it discontinued earlier this year and replaced with the controversial, radically different Final Cut Pro X. However, don’t get your hopes up that the product is being reintroduced.
Apple is merely selling out the inventory it has of the discontinued product. Final Cut Studio 3 is only being made sold through Apple’s phone sales, and not its online or retail stores, the blog notes. Plus, the price is still US$999.
