Pubblog has announced FileMyFiles 3.0, an update to the multi-tool file system organizer for Mac OS X. The new version offers a revamped, improved user interface, as well as bug fixes.

FileMyFiles is designed to keep all of your files organized, leaving your Desktop and other important folders uncluttered and your files easy to find. Files are sorted and put into folders according to eight categories of file types: Words, Images, Audio, Compressed, Data, Layout, Video, and Web. You can always choose “Unfile My Files” and put everything back the way it was before.

FileMyFiles is available from the Pubblog store (http://www.filemyfiles.com/) for US$19.95. You can download it and try it out free for 10 days. FileMyFiles is also available in the Mac App Store for $9.95 (minus the feature of uninstalling applications and their related files and folders).
