Apple will open its “epic” Hong Kong store this Saturday in the IFC Mall in ifoAppleStore (http://www.ifoapplestore.com). And that’s just one component of the company’s retail and online expansions this week.
The mall occupied by upscale businesses, and within a complex that includes a four-star hotel and high-rise office tower, the article adds. Apple apparently intends to open additional stores in the city, and, in fact, a store may open next year at the Hysan Place development on Hong Kong island, about two miles east of the new IFC Mall store, says “ifoAppleStore.”
Also, Apple will open its “massive” Nanjin East store in Shanghai this Friday, notes “MacRumors” (http://www.macrumors.com). It will be the company’s third retail store in the city and the fifth one in China. Finally, Apple has launched online stores for the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and the United Arab Emirates.
