Macrobatix (http://macrobatix.com/), an Apple Specialist and Apple Authorized Service Provider, celebrated the grand opening of its retail store on Saturday, Oct. 15. Macrobatix is located at 9700 Medlock Bridge Road, Suite 114 Johns Creek, Ga.
Macrobatix has been providing services for Apple products and Mac users for the past six years. Due to their success, Apple encouraged Macrobatix to become an Apple specialist, giving the company the ability to sell and service Apple product, according to own Bob Wallis. To date, Macrobatix has served more than 500 clients in the Atlanta area, he adds.
Macrobatix differentiates itself from other local Apple stores with its expertise in utilizing Apple products in business environments, says Wallis. The retailer will not only sell products but also make office or home visits for installation and service.
Macrobatix will also offer training for businesses that want to benefit from using Apple products in a business environment. Weekly classes will be available focusing on topics such as how to get the most out of your iPad.
As an Apple specialist, Macrobatix will honor Apple-issued warranties and sell products found in Apple stores. The Johns Creek retail store will serve as headquarters for Macrobatix.
At the grand opening on Oct. 15, visitors had an opportunity to win hourly giveaways, including iPads, iPods and various Apple product accessories. The retail store’s operating hours will be Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 12 a.m. to 8 p.m.
