John Maisey has released Dates to iCal 2.3 (http://www.nhoj.co.uk/datestoical), an update to the iCal birthday and anniversary calendar creator. The latest version is localized into French, German, Italian and Spanish. It also allows for ordinal dates, dates without set years, filtration by Address Book custom date title, and a greater customization of event title formats.

Dates to iCal has a range of features to allow the user to choose what (and what not) to sync to iCal from Address Book. It allows up to five alarms for each date in iCal. It provides the option of only syncing from one Address Book group, filtering by custom date titles and customized iCal event titles. Dates to iCal is localized into French, German, Italian and Spanish.

Dates to iCal costs US$6.50 per machine; a demo is available for download. Dates to iCal requires OSX 10.6 or later with iCal and Address Book.
