Speakal (http://www.speakal.com) has kicked out the US$99.99 mi-Soccer, a soccer ball shaped iPod/iPhone docking station speaker system licensed by the Major League Soccer (MLS).

It sports 2 two-way speakers, a subwoofer, an amplification stereo system, and optimized airflow. The mi-Soccer features 360 degrees of sound with frequencies from 60Hz-20KHz for a total output of 23+ watts.

The MLS version of mi-Soccer comes in the soccer colors of black and white. It’s also available in two additional flavors: red and white and blue and white. The mi-Soccer features “Humanized Touch Volume Controls” to adjust the system’s loudness and to navigate with a light touch via an iPod or iPhone. You can use the included remote to adjust the controls from a distance.
