EuroSmartz has announced WritePDF 1.0 for the iPad. It’s an US$4.99 PDF reader, converter and PDF modifying app.

RainAware has released RainAware for the iPhone and iPad. The $6.99 app uses a proprietary forecasting system to predict when rain, snow, sleet, and storms will reach the user’s exact location — up to three hours in advance.

Not A Basement Studio has introduced Fuzel 1.0 for iOS. The $0.99 app lets you take photos, put them together in your own layouts, retouch them individually with photo filters, then share them on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, or email.

Gameday has launched Help Purple for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. In the $0.99 adventure game, Purple must rescue his elemental friends, represented by cuddly monstrosities bearing one eye apiece and each wearing a different color of the rainbow, from the clutches of Huge Monster. To aid Purple in his quest, the player will navigate through a variety of environments.

Simplinova has unveiled EQUiTrail for the iPhone. The $4.99 app offers real-time access to trail maps that horseback riders create as EQUiTrail tracks their location while they ride. EQUiTrail tracks your location in the background for hands-free use while riding and allows you to place trail markers and photos you take on the map to identify natural obstacles, cross country fences, hazardous terrain, and more.

Fiddly Bits Software has premiered Torpedo Away! 1.0, its its free gaming title for iPod touch, iPhone and iPad devices. In the app, you prowl the waters of the South Pacific during WWI and engage in unrestricted submarine warfare against the merchant and naval vessels of the enemy.

Enup Games has debuted Perfect People for the iPhone and iPod touch. The $0.99 life simulation game gives the player the experience of living an entire lifetime in seven minutes. The player will be engaged in a balancing act of trying to achieve goals while maintaining their needs. Each choice affects the outcome of the game.

Nexscience has served up Turbo Scanner 1.0 for iOS. The $3.99 app allows users to scan, print, fax, download, view and share files on all of their iDevices. It supports Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF, text and a variety of sound and image file formats.

Qismalabs has given us Pirate Charge for iOS. In the free multiplayer you race to find a treasure.

Scott Jackson has created Double Feature 1.0 for iOS. The $1.99 app allows users to search for people based on the films they’ve been in, or search for movies based on casts and crews.

Robert Srahol has developed Costa Concordia In Memory 1.0 for iPad. It’s a $0.99, multimedia travel app that relates the tale of the largest luxury liner ever built in Italy, which struck a rock on Jan. 13, 2012k and forced the evacuation of 3,229 passengers and 1,023 crew.

Comicorp has presented Striding Bird for the iPad. It’s a $2.99, interactive animated storybook about a young bird finding his way in the world.

Online photo sharing site, SmugMug, has rolled out its free Camera Awesome iPhone app, which is designed to provide “faster shooting and sharper, better-exposed shots.”
