The $2.99, interactive iStoryTime Biscuit book app features animations and sound effects to engage young readers and promote improved literacy.

Hu Yong Jie and Nguyen Tan Hon has presented Visual Talks 1.0, an iOS app for tutorial, lesson and presentation creators. It’s a $3.99 video tutorial from the creation to the publication of your video.

WebMD Health Corp, a source of health information, has published “WebMD the Magazine” for the iPad. The free app offers the latest health information from WebMD.
