E Fun is shipping the A5 Digital Pen for the iPad in time for summer. The newest addition to its Apen line of digital pens offers a way for users to take notes, draw, or sketch directly on an iPad screen.

Designed to look and feel like a normal pen, the APEN delivers a natural writing and drawing experience where users can lean a hand on their iPad screen, just as they do on paper, according to Jason Liszewski, managing director and vice president of sales for E Fun. The A5 augments the standard touch input of the iPad and enhances the way a user interacts with the screen, he adds.

The E Fun Apen A5 Digital Pen is compatible with all three Apple iPad versions. It’s available in the U.S. at RadioShack for US$99.99. For more info go to http://apenusa.com/productdetail.php?product_id=5 .
