RSA 2013 attendees will get a first look at the only Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) platform capable of monitoring, controlling and reporting on the movement of sensitive data to and from Mac workstations, desktops and laptops when Verdasys (http://verdasys.com) introduces the Digital Guardian Agent for Mac OS X during the RSA Conference Feb. 25-Mar. 1 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

The company says Verdasys Digital Guardian, also available as a Managed Service for Information Protection (MSIP), is the only EIP platform to integrate compliance, insider threat prevention and cyber threat defense into a single solution that supports Mac OS X , Linux and Windows. RSA 2013 attendees can register daily during exhibitor hours to win a free iPad mini by stopping by Verdasys Booth #2738.

Digital Guardian Agents collect and aggregate all application and data events, providing risk intelligence on sensitive data and its usage. With this knowledge, security teams can protect intellectual property, trade secrets, PII and PHI data, implementing automated, policy based controls that include prompts to educate users in real-time on inappropriate data use. Encryption controls data access and protects sensitive data from compromise, while blocking is imp
