Here are some of the latest apps available at the Apple App Store for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

Silen Games has announced Slice Ballz. It’s a free slicing game with three game modes.

Zen is a new, US$1.99 minimalistic puzzle game about cubes and numbers. In the game, you swipe right, left, up or down to rotate the cube.

Bob Schlund Studios has released Quizzly for the iPad. The app — available in free and $2.99 versions — offers you the ability to create special quizzes with personalized questions to send as a present to friends and family.

mTouchLabs has introduced Quick Backup Contacts. The $3.99 utility lets you backup and restore your contacts all from your iOS device without needing a computer or synchronization. You can backup all your contacts with a single touch and send them to yourself as a .vcf or .xls attachment via email. And also you can upload to Dropbox directly from within the app.
