AKVIS has released AKVIS Coloriage 10, a new version of its photo colorization software for Mac OS X (10.6 and higher) and Windows. The upgrade offers variations of coloring, new print options, and other changes.

Coloriage lets you colorize black and white photos, replace colors in color images, perform selective desaturation or coloring. Using the program you can also turn modern digital pictures into vintage black and white images or make a sepia effect.
It works for coloring portraits, landscapes, fashion, and still life. The skin, sky, verdure, and tree color patterns help you to select realistic colors for your pictures.

AKVIS Coloriage 10’s Variations of Colorization option makes it possible to save colorization results into the special section. You can switch between them to compare different versions of colorization. However, this feature is only available to Home Deluxe and Business licenses owners.

For the users of all versions, version 10 also offers new print options, support for more RAW files, and a new Dark interface style. A demo is available for download.

Coloriage 10 is a free upgrade for recent buyers. If the date of the first activation of a license is later than Sept. 4, 2014, the key will work with the new version.
Existing users may check their licenses in the Customer Room. Users, whose license is not valid for 10, can get the latest version for only $14.95.

The product costs US$75 for a Home license and $90 for the Home Deluxe license. Go to the product website (http://akvis.com/en/coloriage/.) for more info on Business Licenses.
