Econ Technologies (www.econtechnologies) has updated its entire product line; ChronoSync, ChronoSync Express, ChronoAgent, ChronoMonitor, and InterConneX. These releases focus on security, performance, and stability with stronger encryption of data transferred between all of the apps.
ChronoSync — the $49.99 Mac backup, bootable backup, and folder synchronizing app — has been revved to version 4.6.6 with over 35 enhancements and fixes, including improved security, performance, and stability. ChronoAgent — an $14.99 “undercover” app that runs in the background of the destination Mac providing a direct connection to ChronoSync running on the source Mac — is now up to version 1.6.
ChronoSync Express, the $29.99, entry level version of ChronoSync, is updated to version 1.1.2 with over 25 enhancements and fixes.
ChronoMonitor — a $3.99 iPhone app that allows you to instantly receive notice of ChronoSync backups and synchronizations and monitor the operational status of any networked Macs running ChronoAgent — has been upgraded to version 1.1.2, fixing compatibility issues with the new ChronoAgent update.
