Apple is looking to hire a senior cardiologist with previous health product and technology experience for its health division, reports MyHealthyApple.
According to the job posting, the cardiologist will partner with cross-disciplinary teams on identifying key areas of focus with consideration for Apple’s product and technologies and on defining and developing new product concepts.
The company’s primary health product is the Apple Watch. It offers activity tracking, heart rate monitoring, an electrocardiogram to detect irregularities with the heart’s rhythm, fall detection alerts, integrations with third-party health apps, and more.
