Men & Mice has released a beta version of QuickDNS Pro 2.1.1 which updates
the QuickDNS server.
The update protects the QuickDNS server against DNS spoofing (see more
about DNS spoofing at:
http://www.menandmice.com/dnsplace/dns_spoofing.html)
The final version of QuickDNS Pro 2.1.1 is expected to be released within
few weeks. The update is free for current users of QuickDNS Pro 2.0 and 2.1
As for further QuickDNS development, we expect to release QuickDNS Pro 2.2
in November. Among its benefits is increased security, allowing
administrators to control which name servers are allowed to perform zone
transfers from their servers. QuickDNS Pro 2.2 will also be available free
of charge to QuickDNS 2.0 and 2.1 users.
