[MD1] MW Java Linker 1.4 patch

MW Java Linker 1.4 patch for Macintosh is available for downloading at

This updated linker fixes problems merging .gif files into the .jar
file output from the linker. The patch is recommended for all
CodeWarrior Pro 4 and CodeWarrior Pro for Java R4 users.
