1999 MACROMEDIA INTERNATIONAL USER CONFERENCE
@Home’s Tom Jermoluk and America Online’s Marc Andreessen to Present
at International Web Event
SAN FRANCISCO – April 26, 1999 – Macromedia, Inc. (NASDAQ: MACR)
today released details of the 1999 Macromedia International User
Conference (UCON ’99) on May 25-27 at the San Francisco Moscone
Convention Center. UCON ’99 is the international event for authors,
designers, and developers who want to explore the latest trends and
technologies for Web publishing and interactive media content
creation.
UCON ’99 – featuring 36 conference sessions, 15 tech-labs, and 36
hands-on training sessions – will include keynote presentations from
two of the Internet’s most influential visionaries: @Home Chairman,
President and CEO Tom Jermoluk, and America Online Chief Technology
Officer Marc Andreessen. Also keynoting will be Rob Burgess,
Macromedia chairman and CEO, and Norm Meyrowitz, president of
Macromedia Products. Web guru Lynda Weinman will host a Designing the
Web keynote panel focusing on hot design trends with valuable
insights from leading Web designers.
