Mac fans were disappointed when Apple chose not to be involved with The Expo 2000 (a UK Mac show), but with new backers and a new name, organizers are trying to woo Apple into exhibiting. MacExpo2001 is scheduled for Thursday November 22 through 24 at The Business Design Centre in Islington, England. According to a report on MacUser UK, Apple considered attending the show earlier this year, but wanted to see it run in early May. Speculation is running high that Apple may still attend this year’s event.
