Keyspan has expanded its family of ZIP-LINQ retractable cables with the introduction of new USB 2.0 and Cat5E cables. Shipping this month, the new USB 2.0 and Cat5E ZIP-LINQ retractable cables will retail for US$14.99 each. The USB 2.0 retractable cables connects a computer to USB 2.0 or USB 1.1 devices, and is four inches long when retracted and extends to four feet. The USB 2.0 retractable cables, which support data transfer rates of 480 Mbps, are available in three versions for use with devices that have USB “B” connectors, mini USB 4-pin connectors, or mini USB 5-pin connectors. The new Cat5E Ethernet retractable cable connects your computer to a 10/100 Ethernet network and extends to five feet.
