Revolutionary service lets customers suggest products to meet their needs

scratch it. Small Dog Electronics, a leading specialty retailer of consumer
electronics, personal computers, and accessories, today announced “Fetch
It” an online forum service for customers who are looking for hard-to-find
products or want products that do not exist yet. Small Dog’s “tech
retrievers” will help search and sniff out the best products to meet
customers’ needs.

Through “Fetch It”, customers can ask Small Dog pups to help them find the
right product to meet their needs. If Small Dog Electronics can’t find an
existing product to meet a customers’ needs, they will add it to a list of
new products to be developed. A Small Dog employee will personally assist
customers in acquiring the perfect product for their needs.
