Late Night Software Acquires DTI’s FaceSpan
VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada — July 29, 2005 — Late Night Software
Ltd. today announced that it has acquired FaceSpan from Digital Technology
International (DTI). FaceSpan is a Rapid Application Development (RAD) tool
based on AppleScript.
