Kenneth Leon, an analyst with Standard & Poor’s Equity Research, has maintained a “strong buy” option on Motorola share, citing the company’s PBL, SLVR, and Q products should boost Motorola’s sales for the second half of this year, reports Forbes. Of interesting note to Mac users is a media report claiming Apple has a multimedia cellular phone in the works. “As the U.S. handset leader, Motorola may be vulnerable to any new handset trend but we believe it is ready to ship in size its own innovative products soon,” said the analyst. Motorola’s answer to the Apple product will be the “new, more robust SLVR” with the capability for more than 500 songs, Leon said.
