Sol Robots today announced today the release of Road Trip Effect Pro for generating transitions for movie clips in travel videos. The software makes it possible to add multiple road trip segments (layers) to the same movie. Each layer has its own icon, color, width, timing, points, labels etc., and Layers can be played in parallel, sequentially, or both. Both Road Trip Effect and Road Trip Effect Pro now support saving a Road Trip Effect Project, so users can always go back to the original and edit it. Road Trip Effect Pro is priced at US$24.95, while existing users of Road Trip Effect are eligible for a $5.00 mail-in rebate through the month of June 2006. Road Trip Effect standard edition sells for $9.95, and free demos of both versions are available.
