RouteBuddy Ltd are pleased to announce the release of RouteBuddy
1.1.2, a maintenance update to their powerful GPS mapping program for
Mac OS X.
RouteBuddy provides native Mac OS X support for Garmin GPS devices,
and allows users to manage and display their GPS data together with a
set of high-precision vector-based road maps.
This release increases compatibility with Garmin GPS devices, fixes a
potential crash while printing, and improves the display of time
samples and multi-byte character strings.
Several NMEA devices are now identified by name, including popular
models from Delorme, Pharos, and Holux.
RouteBuddy 1.1.2 is available immediately, and a free demo can be

RouteBuddy costs $99.50, and requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later.
