IGG Software today announced the release of iBiz 3.1, a new version of its popular time-billing and invoicing application for Mac OS X 10.4. Version 3.1 adds support for complex tax calculations including compounding, and whether tax is applied on a per-project or per-event basis. Invoicing, reports and startup time have also been improved. The server version now allows better reliability and options when users checkout projects and work on them away from the server. iBiz 3.1 is a free upgrade for registered users of iBiz 3, and is priced at US$49.99.
