PaperSpecs has announced a free webinar to aid designers in better
understanding how to use and apply the new Goe System from Pantone.

Specing color hasn’t changed this much since slick white go-go boots,
teased hair, and psychedelic t-shirts were the rage in the 60’s. But
on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 (2-3 p.m. EST), PaperSpecs will give
their members something colorful to tune in and turn on to
PaperSpecs’ Pantone Goe Webinar. The webinar is only available to
PaperSpecs members. For more information on how to become a member or
to register for the webinar, go to www.paperspecs.com.

The Pantone Goe System (pronounced “go”) is the first completely new
color inspiration and specification system for the graphic arts
industry since the introduction of the Pantone Matching System 45
years ago. Introduced in the fall of 2007, it offers designers 2,058
new Pantone colors to inspire creativity and fulfill the requirements
of a fast-changing, technologically advancing industry. The new
colors are arranged in an intuitive, chromatic order for easy,
precise, cross-media color selection and specification.
