Tri-BACKUP is a powerful and easy backup utility for Mac OS X.
Tri-BACKUP offers two different modes: “Immediate Actions” (to perform easy
and immediate backups, synchronizations, and restorations) and “Programmed
actions” (to schedule automatic backups and synchronizations).
Tri-BACKUP provides all necessary tools to efficiently manage your backup,
including:

– compression and encryption of backup files.

Tri-BACKUP 5 has been designed for Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server and is

Enhancements:
– Enhancement of the FTP backup routines.
– Enhancement of the Email sending (add SMTP server, and sender email
information).
– Add a Check Settings function to control if settings are correct.
– Add a Simple Mode to easily create backup and disk copy.
– Add a Filter check button, to show the results of filters.
– Add an alert when the startup volume has less than10% of free space.
– Add an alert during actions execution when the free space on destination
disk is less than 10%.
– Add a new function in the Tools menu that shows the evolution of the free
space in volumes.
– Add sender and SMTP server information when a programmed action must send
an email.
– Add information about volumes when a volume is missing (and this prevents
the execution of the action).
– Add an option to prevent launching a programmed action by remote control.
Corrections:
– Fixed an issue that could prevent Immediate Modify actions to scan the
contents of folders for modifications (when this option is selected).
– Fixed various minor issues.
