The National Electronic Attachment (NEA) and MacPractice
(http://www.macpractice.com) have entered into a partnership to
provide MacPractice clients the ability to submit attachments
electronically. Through this agreement MacPractice will interface
with NEA’s FastAttach system enabling them to offer an integrated
electronic attachment solution to their clients.
FastAttach enables dental offices to transmit attachments (x-rays,
perio charts, lab reports, physician’s notes, intra-oral pictures,
narratives, EOB’s, etc.), via the Internet, where payers are able to
view them, in support of electronic claims. FastAttach accelerates
claim processing and eliminates the need to duplicate or mail
attachments.
