customer relationship management (CRM) software, to version 2.0
Starting today, Elements SBM will now be known as Elements CRM. And
in version 2.0, the overall interface has been improved with a new
look and feel which allows for easier navigation, improved workflow
and an enhanced user experience, says Justin Bartak, co-founder,
chief technical officer and chief designer.
Elements CRM 2.0’s new features include: analytics charts, a set-up
wizard, PayPal integration, increased international support, asset
management and a panoramic sales overview. In addition to its
integration with AccountEdge, Elements CRM 2.0 now supports
Acclivity’s FirstEdge financial software. ”
Elements CRM 2.0 is now available for the suggested retail price of
US$69.95 per user per month. Elements CRM requires Mac OS X version
10.4.11, 10.5, or the upcoming 10.6 (“Snow Leopard”). Internet access
is required.
