industry, hasy announced the release of the Integrated Production
Suite 4.6, the latest version of the collection of MEI products for
enterprise publishers.
IPS’s Macintosh components — including IPS AdTrac, Mac File Agent
and Doc Server — now run natively on the Intel processor, for
measurable performance improvements. The minimum operating system to
support the components is Mac OS X 10.5.5.
IPS 4.6 now supports Adobe InDesign CS4 and QuarkXPress 8.0 for
design and Suitcase Fusion 2 for font management. Oher updates
include enhanced AdTrac and WebTrac performance. IPS is used in
demanding multi-site operations to streamline and distribute all
