“The MUG Event Calendar” keeps humming along this week, with two MacNotables live and in person, and homegrown presentations.
Bob “Dr. Mac” LeVitus will be the featured guest at a Texas group, while Macworld Senior Editor Christopher Breen will make a return visit to a Hawaii group. Jean MacDonald of SmileOnMyMac will speak to one California group while the folks from Smule will be at another, Paul Garay of Mac Video Training will discuss their products at an Oregon group, and a host of video gurus, including Richard Galvan of Adobe, Kevin Monahan, Robert Sharp, Mark Christansen and Bruce Gee of Gee Three will participate in a California Final Cut Pro group meeting. Other topics on tap this week include DVD backups, the iPad, Garageband, a demo of the Wi-Fire, a picnic, two different swap meets, Mac maintenance and more.
