Another day, another lawsuit. An aspiring Long Island model is suing Apple and app maker Samba Studios for “turning her into an Internet tart,” reports the “New York Post” (http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/net_babe_sues_over_hot_pics_DxNMeRTG9pNOMAKfVP5uzK).

Rebecca Battino claims she was surprised when sexy self-portraits she took as a 16-year-old (she’s now 19) popped up in an online app from Samba Studios dubbed “eXtreme Cam Girls.” The shots were swiped from iPhone on her Mac, she says, so she’s accusing Apple and Samba Studios of copyright infringement.

The steamy shots were swiped from her computer, Battino claims in a $1 million Manhattan federal-court lawsuit that accuses Apple and app-maker Samba Studios of copyright infringement.

eXtreme Cam Girls has been removed from the iTunes store. But Battino is unhappy that she hasn’t received any compensation, says the “New York Post.”
