Griffin Technology (http://www.griffintechnology.com) has released the Tablet Stand for the iPad (and other tablet devices), Studio Stand for iPad, and Elan Passport Graphite for iPad.
The US$24.99 Tablet Stand (pictured) sports an A-frame design that swings open to hold your tablet upright in either portrait or landscape view. You can close the Tablet Stand and lay it down to hold your tablet at an angle for desktop or tabletop surfing, reading, or gaming. A built-in soft cushion cradles your tablet and leaves room for cables.
The $49.99 Studio Stand is a slim polycarbonate case for iPad with a built-in stand. Snap on the polycarbonate shell to protect the back and sides of your iPad, and there’s access to the dock connector, volume controls, and headphone jack. You can swing the integrated stand into place to hold your iPad in portrait or landscape mode.
The $49.99 Elan Passport Graphite folio case for iPad is now available in the same classic composite-look finish found on other Griffin “graphite” cases. This one-piece folio flips open to reveal your Multi-Touch display, and closes like a book for privacy and protection, held shut by a tab closure. Elan Passport’s microsuede lining protects your iPad from scratches and smudges, and its inner cover includes pockets for ID and important papers.
