The busiest week of the month on “The MUG Event Calendar” -features a wide variety of presenters and topics.
Andy Ihnatko of “The Chicago Sun-Times” and “MacNotables” will be the featured speaker at a Pennsylvania group, while Dave Hamilton of “The Mac Observer” and “Mac Geek Gab” will present remotely to a Nevada group. Kurt Schmucker of Microsoft will make two MUG appearances this week to show off the new Microsoft Office for Mac 2011, one in Oregon, the other in Illinois.
Another Nevada group will host a virtual presentation by MacVideoTraining and Canon will present their products at a Texas group. Other topics on this week’s agenda include several presentations on the new iLife ‘11 and its component applications, the Mac as a home theater machine, Time Machine, Mail, iTunes, Story Board Pro, family tree software, web browsers, video files and much more.
