Chronos (http://www.chronosnet.com) has released SOHO Labels 4, an upgrade to its label, envelope, and letterhead software for Mac OS X 10.5.8 and later. It adds new “smart” templates and a collection of artawork.
Also new is: Cover Flow for previewing kits in a dedicated window; a Font Preview mode for previewing fonts in a list or animated fashion; a Trim To Label feature to hide objects outside the canvas for a quick preview; named placeholders, automatic images, and more; regular text placeholders and text + image placeholders. Also, SOHO Labels 5 sports 23 new iScrapKits containing 1,308 graphics from artists all over the world.
A fully functional 30 day trial version can be downloaded from Chronos’ web site. SOHO Labels costs US$39.99 a single user license and $69.99 for a family pack. Registered SOHO Labels 1.x, 2.x, 3.x, and 4.x customers can upgrade to version 5 for $25.
