Apple has launched a “My Support Profile” web page (http://macte.ch/5Aly0). It offers one-stop access to manage your products, support activities, and contact information.

You can also join VoicePass, so Apple can quickly identify you and provide a fast, personalized experience when you call. The VoicePass service is used when calling in to customer support; certain customers in the US and Canada can have a support number recognized automatically by the phone system so they don’t have to identify themselves every time they call.
