iOS developer Spielhaus has introduced Dictabulus Speech 1.0. The iPhone 4S-only app showcases a use of Siri — Apple’s automated assistant that understands spoken language and can accomplish various tasks — to transfer spoken text to the frontmost window on a Mac via Wi-Fi.
Dictabulus forwards the text returned by Siri and sends it to the Mac creating a fast and simple dictate tool. Users only need to run a free helper tool on their Mac. The helper tool waits for the Dictabulus app to connect, then forwards the text returned from Siri and pastes it into the frontmost window on the Mac.
