Version two of DocMoto, the document and file manager created by UK company, CHL Software, has been released. It simplifies the user experience and makes it easier to search for files using an intelligent file tagging system.
The latest release has also streamlined DocMoto’s template manager, which gives users the option of automatically creating folders and sub-folders for organized, consistent file storage.
DocMoto — widely adopted by Mac-operating businesses in the professional services market, such as legal, accounting and healthcare firms — is being used to help companies comply with industry legislation such as the US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Sarbanes-Oxley and ISO9000, according to CHL Director Neil Cameron. Version two is another step towards us providing the entirely “paperless office” to business Mac users, which will include intelligent paper scanning to create logical storage of scanned materials, correctly tagged for easy search and retrieval.
The latest release also includes a web-based portal enabling firms to offer an improved service level to customers. For pricing options go to the DocMoto web site (http://www.chlsoftware.com).
