Arten Science has announced myVault (http://www.artenscience.com/myvault/Home.html), a secure, encrypted, personal information, file and document management solution that’s Mac OS X compatible.
It allows you to drag and drop your PDF files, JPG files, DOC files, MP3 files, etc. into myVault, enabling them to be filed away but quickly and easily located later. It provides alternative views of your data using either the Main window, the Grid View or the Document Viewer.
myVault is supplied free of charge with new purchases of ContaxCRM or it can be purchased separately. Direct integration with ContaxCRM, Arten’s CRM Contact Management package means that your Item and Documents can be attached to contacts that exist within your CRM software. This link can be seen and utilized both from within myVault and from within ContaxCRM.
You can download myVault for an unrestricted 30-day trial version. At the end of this time, you can purchase a serial number that will convert your software to the full version while leaving all your information, documents and data intact.
