In iBomber Defense Pacific ($2.99), the sequel to iBomber Defense, you must defend your coveted bases across the Pacific.

BAM Entertainment has released Angry Planes 1.0, its new gaming title for iOS devices. Users must drop bombs from their Angry Plane onto swimming squid below, bombing a designated number of squid before time and bombs run out. Angry Planes 1.0 is available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Games category. There are four versions of Angry Planes available: iPhone/iPod touch (free, ad-supported) and paid ($0.99), and iPad (free, ad-supported) and paid ($1.99).

Dudeman Games has introduced Skullcracker 1.0, which is available for $0.99 (50% off) for a limited time. In the arcade action game title for iOS devices, you use your “paddle of destiny” to smash your way through the hordes of evil skulls.

Duck Duck Moose has launched Draw and Tell 1.0 for the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. The $0.99 app allows kids of all ages to draw, color, add stickers, then talk about their drawing and create an animation. Phoozl has unveiled the iPad version of its quiz app. PhoozL IQ allows photo enthusiasts to test their photo knowledge while learning more about photography. It’s available in both free and pro ($1.99) versions.

Sponge Forge has premiered Instamory Pocket Edition, the iPhone version of the $0.99 concentration game in which you memorize and collect matching pairs of Instagram photos. Users can play with their own Instagram photos, or choose from millions of public ones.

Learning Touch has debuted Kids Crosswords 1.0 for iOS, their latest educational app for toddlers and preschoolers. The $1.99 app includes thousands of puzzles arranged in 10 levels of difficulty. Toddlers can match letters while older preschoolers can spell out words up to seven letters long.

Digital Poke has presented The Drop Out 1.0, a $0.99 physics puzzler for iOS. It’s an action adventure based on Furrie little creatures and their buddy Boo. You take the role of different Boos and use their abilities to aim and drop these cute Furries.

EmirBytes has developed DirectTree 1.0 for iOS. By marking specific checkpoint positions on the map, the $0.99 app will show the heading and distance to locations. Each compass group in the application is called “tiers”; a user can have up to 10 locations installed in a tier and have an infinite number of Tiers.

AppAnnex has created AmpliVision for all camera equipped iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices. The $0.99 app was created to help users light up and zoom in on anything they want to get a clearer look at. AmpiVision lets users turn their device’s camera into a magnifying lens, pause their views and zoom inwards to read small text, and even utilize their flash into a bright LED light.

MyClickApps has given us Contacts Duster Pro for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices. It’s a $2.99 contact management tool that lets users clean up duplicate info, merge information for specific contacts into a single entry, delete or share contacts, and more all from a single place.

The app uses a rapid flashing technique to help children 0.5-12 years of age develop their learning potential. In a series of flashes, a photo is followed by the tool’s name written and heard with audible fact, which kids later recall. Zuuka has partnered with bestselling children’s brand Wee Sing to release the Wee Sing & Learn ABC app for the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. My Digital Photo Story has unleashed The Lost Gorilla — Mom, It’s Me! 1.0. It’s a $0.99, personalized children’s book for iOS devices. This app turns your child into the star of an amazing adventure in Africa. Parents can create a storybook with their child’s face, gender and voice, then drop them into the center of the action.

App.Solutely has rolled out Tank Pro for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The $0.99 app is designed to allow users to save money at the pump by showing them which gas stations nearby offer the lowest prices and where they are.

Byte By Byte has given us Run And Jump, a free side scrolling game for the iPhone and iPod.

Amidio has served up Seline Ultimate, an $6.99 ergonomic musical instrument for the iPad. The app is designed to allow easy creation of “complicated, soulful, intricate melodies, backed with lush soundscapes and solid drum loops.”
