Case-Mate reveals accessories for the new iPad

Case-Mate (http://www.case-mate.com) has announced cases for the new iPad. Most will be available March 15 and include:

° The US$60 Tuxedo (pictured) features built-in and reusable MagicTape, a double-sided adhesive that doesn’t leave residue and holds the new iPad in place. Doubling as a stand with multiple viewing angles, the premium case flips and bends. The Tuxedo’s design also includes smart magnets that put the device to sleep while not in use. The Tuxedo will be available in textured black, grey, pink, turquoise, and orange.

° The $90 Stingray Slim Stand is a case that folds into a stand using a tab stand feature. A glittering pebbled pattern is designed to offer a whimsy touch, while the bright color is designed to make the cover and the owner stand out. The Stingray Slim will be available in lipstick pink and turquoise.

° The $40 Barely There offers a thin layer of protection and polish. It’s compatible with the Smart Cover and is made from specially engineered materials, including a plastic shell. The Barely There will be available in black, glossy white, turquoise, marine blue, tangerine tango, and lime green.

° The $50 Pop! With Stand, which offers a built-in stand, is co-molded materials of plastic and soft rubber unite to create a hard case with a soft touch. It will be available in white/cool grey.

° The $90 Signature Slim Stand is made of leather. A magnetic closure secures the ultra-slim portfolio style cover and built in smart magnet technology puts the device to sleep and awakens it when opened. The Signature Slim Stand will be available in black, raspberry, and grey.

° The $60 Canvas Slim Stand is made of canvas and is trimmed with bright colors. The case folds into a stand. The Canvas Slim with Stand will be available beginning April 15 in granita pink/white and marine blue/white.

° The $50 Venture converts into a stand, while smart magnet technology puts the device to sleep while not in use and awakens it upon opening. It will also be available beginning April 15 in black, brown, and lipstick pink.
