China Telecom, a Chinese carrier, is now carrying the iPhone 4S at 2,850 retail outlets, as well as electronics retailers. So far, the company has received more than 200,000 pre-orders, reports “M.I.C. Gadget” (http://macte.ch/D9GZF).
The CDMA version of the Apple smartphone is finally available for sale through China Telecom, after the carrier announced an agreement with Apple last month. This will double the potential sales for the iPhone, say “M.I.C. Gadget.”
