On Thursday Judge Lucy Koh, the Korean-American federal judge presiding over Apple’s two California lawsuits against Samsung, entered an order in response to the parties’ proposals to further narrow their claims as well as a subsequent filing by Apple, reports “FOSS Patents.” So it seems a summer trial is still a possibility.

Apple and Samsung have filed more than 30 lawsuits against each other across four continents. A week ago a German court dismissed two cases brought by Apple and Samsung against each other as part of the ongoing legal battle.
