The Alesedi Group has announced Warlords on the iPad. It’s an iOS version of the classic game. Warlords Classic normally costs US$4.99, but it’s being offered for a limited time at an introductory price of $1.99.
Tried & Liked has released Tried & Liked 1.0 for iOS. The free lifestyle app lets you “share and reference your consumer life.”
Execution Unit has introduced Max Astro: Stranded Beyond the Stars for the iPhone and iPad. It’s a 2D puzzle game where players guide Max Astro in his bid to escape an alien world. Max Astro: Stranded Beyond the Stars will be available for free with additional levels as in-app purchase.
The Gamma Project has launched AnyMoney 1.0 for iOS. It’s a $0.99, multi-currency calculator that allows you to manage foreign currency conversions.
Angry Aztec has unveiled Now Then 1.0 for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The $2.99 app is designed to helps user manage their time more effectively. By recording what tasks they spend their time on throughout their working day, then presenting this information back to them in a clear and accessible manner, Now Then gives users the ability to identify where time is being misused or wasted.
Sayakota has debuted Anticipate 1.0 for iOS. The free app is designed as a personal event calendar that also allows users to share upcoming events, news, and trends with other members of the Anticipate social network.
AppGeneration has created PubliGeneration, its own digital publishing platform, through which publishers can make their newspapers or magazines available to a global audience. The free app works with the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.
Mantis Interactive Presenter Suite is a new app that allows attendees to follow a presentation and interact with their iPads. It’s available in express and pro versions. The express version (an in-app purchase available with the free version) is designed for brainstorming sessions with a limited number of participants and is limited to four iPads. The pro version doesn’t limit the number of participants.
Barunson Creative has premiered AquaVillage — The Friends for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The free app lets you raise digital fish while simultaneously building up your underwater kingdom.
Chilibite Games and Playerthree present Stunt Bunnies Circus 1.0 for iOS. In the $0.99 game, players send Jet Bunny flying through the air to save his falling long-eared friends from death after the Ringmaster Fox, orders his them to perform increasingly dangerous routines, involving cannons, tight ropes, flaming torches and lions.
Publications International and Johnsonville Sausage have teamed up on a $4.99 voice-activated cooking and grilling companion for the iPad and iPhone. Johnsonville Kitchens featurse step-by-step instructional videos, high-resolution images and more.
Leading Brands Publishing has published an interactive e-book about the history of football. Kick-Off 1.0 ($0.99) tackles the history of football right from its roots in 2 B.C. China through its organization into the game we recognize today. The e-book is packed with vintage videos including some of the oldest recorded clips of football dating back to the 1900s.
