“The Verge” (http://macte.ch/9G5PQ) reports that a ruling from the Dusseldorf Higher Regional Court in Germany clears the way for Samsung’s redesigned Galaxy Tab 10.1N, but extends a German ban on the smaller Galaxy Tab 7.7 to the entire EU as part of the ongoing, global Apple-Samsung legal struggle.
Apple sought an injunction against the Galaxy Tab 10.1N, but was denied by the Dusseldorf Regional Court in February. The court said the redesign was distinct enough from the original Galaxy Tab 10.1 that the original injunction ought not to apply.
