NewBay Media, a publisher of digital content creation media, has announced a series of education offerings, including the new “LA Post-Production Conference” at their 16th annual Digital Video Expo conference and exhibition, held next month at the Pasadena Convention Center from Sept. 19-21, 2012.
Digital Video Expo’s LA Post-Production Conference is produced with Future Media Concepts, and features three days of intensive, hands-on education, with classes that include Adobe Creative Suite Workshop, Apple Final Cut Pro Workshop, Editing with Avid Media Composer, DSLR Workshop, Digital Video Production, Editing and Web Video 3.0.
In a continuing partnership with AbelCine, Digital Video Expo will also offer half-day workshops on such topics as “The Hows and Whys of Lighting,” “Choosing the Right Camera,” “Intro to Digital Cameras — Raw, Log and Uncompressed,” “On-Set Workflows and Media Management,” and “HD Frame Rates, Color and Compression.”
