According to “Giz-China” (http://www.gizchina.com) Chinese phone maker GooPhone has patented the design of the “iPhone 5” before Apple has a chance. The next gen iPhone — which hasn’t even been officially announced — is expected to be unveiled at next week’s Apple media event (http://macte.ch/m818O).
GooPhone’s latest phone the GooPhone i5 which is an Android smartphone based on the design of leaked iPhone 5 components which keep cropping up across China, according to “Giz-China.” We smell a much-deserved lawsuit by Apple coming on.
