The software uses a project prioritization system that lets managers integrate multiple competing criteria into a single value score for each project. Version 4 brings a project portfolio management tools to business managers and consultants.
Users can now add their own custom graphics to chart backgrounds, automatically overlay project names on bubbles, and animate selected bubbles to “blink” on-and-off.
