Boxcryptor — encryption software for Drobpox, Google Drive and other providers — has released its new Boxcryptor app for Mac OS X version. This version allows users of Mac OS X to encrypt and decrypt files with the new Boxcryptor file format that was introduced a couple of months ago.
It also sports features for collaboration with others. Robert Freudenreich, founder and chief technical officer, says that Boxcryptor will remain a “zero knowledge provider” and doesn’t have access to the user’s information or the user’s private keys.
Boxcrypter is available in a free, basic version. There’s also an unlimited personal version for US$48 per year, and an unlimited business version for $96 per year. For more info go to www.boxcryptor.com http://www.boxcryptor.com .
