Chronos has released Greeting Card Shop 2.0, an update of the app that lets you create greeting cards, invitations, and accompanying envelopes on Mac OS X Yosemite.
Features in version 2.0 include: 3D headlines; the ability to create QR codes for advertising web addresses; adds support for new Avery greeting card/envelope stocks; 12 templates for new Avery greeting card/envelope stocks; the ability to convert a shape or text into a image so special effects can be applied; doughnut smart shape; a tear drop smart shape; two bracket frames smart shapes; five shield smart shapes; Bezier shape Smart Inspector; the ability to close an open Bezier shape after it has been created; mirror a Bezier shape horizontally and/or vertically; and a Label Text feature that doesn’t limit text to a bounding box.
There 60-plus templates demonstrate new design features in version 2. Greeting Card Shop costs US$39.99 for a single-user license and is available directly from Chronos (www.chronosnet.com). A family pack is also available for $69.99.
Greeting Card Shop includes a collection of artwork (5,000 images totaling over 7.6 GB in size) and valued at $554 if purchased directly from the iScrapbook.com Store where it mostly comes from. The artwork is high-resolution (300 dpi) which is ideal for printing and it was created by artists from all over the world.
Greeting Card Shop comes with 670+ greeting card templates, 94 invitation templates, 100+ envelope templates, and 18 photo card templates. Greeting Card Shop supports popular paper and envelope sizes in U.S. and metric sizes. You can share cards digitally via FaceBook, Twitter, Flickr, Email, Message, or AirDrop.
